A morning can be beautiful and magical, if you plan to do so.

How creative and expressive you are in messing up with your morning routine?

In my experience, I have seen people living in a 7-days chunk package. Being a life skill trainer, in my sessions I often ask participants that what they do on weekends. And the obvious answer is that we enjoy sleeping long hours because we need not go to the office on weekends.
So do we live to live or do we live to go to work? Its time to introspect.

Lazy people hardly take chances, but express themselves by tearing down other’s work. I have known people who just gossip for hours on the bed itself after waking up in the morning. There are people who spend hours on social media even before brushing their teeth. Few just love to sit in the morning. There are other interesting people who always love to be the audience, a judge, a critic in their life. People have infinite excuses and reasons to do so.

Miraculous morning for Parents and Families: Most of the world class performers have a consistent and a winning morning routine which helps them to win their day. There are phenomenal ways to start your morning with motivational practices.

Plan your morning routine

  1. Drink enough and a little more water first in the morning even before brushing your teeth. It helps to detox. Ayurveda encourages us to drink water so that we absorb it. It is always advisable to always sit and drink water to avoid the fluids to get accumulated in the joint area which may lead to arthritis later.
  2. Start your day with writing three statements of Gratitude in your life. This practice will help you to enhance your perception towards life and add more clarity.
  3. Be purposeful by starting the day with some sort of physical exercise which works for you like walking, yoga, zumba, aerobics, swimming etc. If you are a parent you must be consistent in your practice so that your kids also learn how to create a great morning recipe. After all, the kids will have their own life journey, and it is our responsibility to prepare them for their future uncertainties and opportunities.
  4. After taking care of your body, time to still your mind now. Each and every thought, emotion we create, changes the chemistry of your body. So Meditate. There is a saying “to a mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders”. Experience it.
  5. After taking care of your tools that is your body and your mind, you are all set to face all that life holds for you on that particular day. If you are still blessed with leisure time, then plan your day creatively so that you evolve beautiful as a human being. Being human is a phenomenal possibility if the NOW is being taken care of.
  6. Never ever forget that all that you do and all that you do not do has a consequence. The whole Universe works on simple equation of cause and effect. So on which side of the equation are you in??
